Insurance/Payment

Insurance – We are participating providers with Delta Dental of Iowa, Wellmark of Iowa, Cigna, United Healthcare, Lincoln Dental Group and Guardian. Regardless of what dental insurance you have, we will submit insurance claims for you. Deductible and co-payments are expected at time of service.

Payment – We also accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Financing is available through Care Credit. Our staff can help estimate what your costs will be.
